The apparent omission of a key document from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s latest filing in the case of Michael Flynn could cause turbulence at Tuesday's scheduled sentencing hearing for the former national security adviser.

o he was convicted based on what they claimed was in this document, and now they’ve deleted that document.
