This not the solution. Visit an area frequently because of where relatives live and they employ alternative energy. Cannot tell you the "black outs" experienced. Every times that occurs, you lose more than just electricity. You stand to lose far more - the ability to cook if powered by electric, freezers, refrigerators. Something the climate crazies never talk about. In 35 plus years, I had 2 power outages; one was major due to storm and the other one minor with Duquesne Light.
