account and all of those who want it can pay for it. I think it is a waste of money and money should be spent on better technology and more border security. Notice how the article talks about cutting "entitlements." Sounds like typical republican thinking, cut my S.S. or make me wait longer, cut Medicare while their at it. Yeah, let's cut all the programs that help the poor since we gave corporations welfare.
