Verizon says 10,400 employees, or nearly 7% of its workforce, have been accepted as a part of a voluntary program to leave the company.

Justin Horwitz:

"Congratulations, you've been accepted into our unemployment program, where you no longer work for us." What a way to celebrate a $4,000,000,000 tax cut.
