the pubs wouldn't let them. They thought a 14% tax cut would be the answer. Obama grew jobs in other fields like healthcare and Trump grew jobs in manufacturing. They both grew jobs.
As far as Mueller, I'm not sure you are watching the correct channel but you should catch up on what's going on.
No president can stop jobs from going overseas but giving them tax breaks versus penalizing them sure does not help.
