is turned into something other than fraud by a company. What does this have to do with Clinton? A lot of these government contractors are cheating the taxpayers but it is not limited to people "attending a New Years Eve party with the Clintons." For as long as I can remember, governments have been paying a fortune for stupid things like paper clips. It's the companies that are crooks and the government lets them do it.
