the Fed picks up 60% of their Medicaid bill. Thus California’s plan to extend Medicaid to illegals puts much on the expense onus on residents of the other states who have no say in the matter.

It might be time for Congress to entertain legislation that no federal funds will be used in the federal-state sharing formula to insure illegals through Medicaid. I'm tired of this crap.
