Different poster here. I admire him for - serving our country.

He seemed like a wonderful family man and I respect him for both those things. I liked how he and Clinton put aside their political differences and worked together in later years on different humanitarian projects. The fact is, though, I didn't like him as president.

I remember many Trump supporters digging up hate-filled dirt on John McCain, who also was a "dead American hero." Maybe it wasn't you in particular but I thought it was horrible too.

I personally think he was an American hero for serving in our military and saw a clip this morning with him crying when GW was inaugurated. He was a very proud father. Those are things I admired about him and won't discuss what I didn't like about his presidency.

RIP President Bush. He is now with his wife of 75 years.
