They don't have to do anything to become citizens. If it were left up to activist judges they would all come here. This is national suicide. We already have millions here who are unassimilated.
As for them coming here illegally, they are line jumpers. Plenty of people try to come in the legal way, waiting years to complete the process. Line jumpers should be tossed out or incarcerated until they can be tossed out; they certainly should not be let in at all.
