People need to start reading and understanding what they read instead of putting words into other people's mouths or ascribing intentions to other people. You said, "People need to stop with the immigrant bashing." As this was the first sentence in the body of your post, it is fair to assume you were referring to the OP. Tell me where the OP bashed anyone at all? She/he did not. YOU, on the other hand, are characterizing her/him as an immigrant-basher. He/she is saying she/he does not want people coming into our country illegally and stressing an already overburdened system. Neither do I. Are you going to say I'm immigrant-bashing now? That being said, I derive lots of satisfaction from witnessing people from all over the world go through the necessary steps in order to come to the USA legally. It reinforces my pride in my country.
