As indicated in the link in my original post, at the time, they were still searching for dead or missing people, 31 so far. The point of my post is about the PEOPLE, not an endangered fish or financial aid or Santa Ana winds or a spark from a campfire, etc. I’m talking about compassion and empathy for DEAD people and the communities who’ve lost them. (Please excuse this post being catty, as my cat Meela is actively touching the screen while I’m typing this. Good grief. She says to say Meow Hey Y’all from North Carolina, a state which has had too much water this year and would gladly pipe it to CA if we could.)
