Why keep sending funds? So they can keep - mismanaging and pocket it?

Sorry, but you are wrong. The president is exactly correct in this. They get sent funds for this, but instead of using it for prevention they go into Moonbeams pocket.

I used to live in CA. Saw my share of funding come to our state, but none of it was used for that purpose. The politicians just got richer.

He leads just fine. Yes he cares, this is why he is doing what he is doing. The children need to learn a lesion.
