ago and they banned burning clearing out dead wood, which is what is causing much of this run away fire, plus the Santa Ana winds. Among the county's insane regulations is they don't allow more than 6,000 acres to burn on any given day. That's in a county of over a million acres. They now have 109,000 acres burned or burning.

It's the state and county's failure.
