As the daughter of immigrants and a first-generation American, I am proud of my parents and the way they became legal resident aliens and ultimately true-blue American citizens. It is painful to see how liberalists and socialists want to destroy the fabric of this beautiful nation. We always voted Democrat, but we are doing so no longer. We have already re-registered as Republicans and Independents.
