And will throw as many of those lower court cases into the mix as soon as Kavanaugh or some other puppet gets in there and rush them up to the SC with the outcome already determined.

That is what got Trump elected by evangelicals and other religious people and really his base. If Trump knows nothing else, he knows to give that base what they want or else. It's quite a small percentage of the country overall, but it is what is wagging that particular dog. He really doesn't care what anyone else thinks and all he cares about is maintaining that base and doing what they elected him to do.

Wall is a bust, ridiculous tariffs are backfiring, tax cuts were not felt AT ALL by the poors who voted for him.

He has to do something, right?
