I understand having the skill and wanting to use it, but I think people really should be looking for other work. Looking for any type of job takes a lot of energy and ups and downs, so I don't understand keeping hope that "the next MT job" is going to be the one that's great and stays great. It's false hope. I just hope those who keep hoping don't wear themselves out, thereby missing out on legitimate non-MT opportunities.
Just my take and my opinion on where one's energy should go. I got out 6 years go.
