Today is Constitution Day. I was taking the time to reflect on - how it's been eroded over the years.

Starting way before the special counsel.

Obama said in 2001, it was “a charter of negative liberties." Ha! It's a document about what the government cannot do. I guess that's why big govt types hate it.

Our founders were brilliant. They gave us representatives who were supposed to represent their constituents, senators who originally were appointed by the states to do what is best in their state's best interest. Now all elections have become nationalized. I shouldn't have to care who Texas elects or Virginia. I don't live there. But they all have become nationalized and we are no longer the America we once was. Money flows in from all over to get people elected. These "representatives" represent the party now, not the people.

Websters Dictionary has redefined words like "fascism" over the years. I don't use anything after 1995. Wikipedia isn't accurate. You can believe everything you read on the internet, right?

Many elected officials don't even know what's in the Constitution.
