no supplies that had been delivered.

The Puerto Rican government stole the supplies. They even stole the electrical equipment, and were caught.

We are the only ones who helped after Hurricane Maria. FEMA delivered the supplies. It was up to their govt to distribute it. They are just as corrupt as any other politicians.
