for staying in the Florida classroom where he was during the attacks. He was reading a book about goats to elementary children. Then they made fun of him for not flying immediately back to Washington.
Then Peter Jennings of ABC said “You know, some presidents are just good at this and some aren’t.” Clearly indicating he wished we still had Bill Clinton, who did nothing during the World Trade Center bombing in 1993.
This is nothing new. They did it to Bush, too.
