or Pap smear for that matter. I think I went five years ago to visit my doctor because perimenopause was the pits. I made it through but my body still tries to cycle, which I know I need blood work so we can adjust my hormones. My slammogram was maybe seven years ago (again, I can't remember). I don't recall the last time I had my teeth cleaned. I have no insurance and paying full price for anything medical will take a full paycheck. I could use an EGD to see what is going on with my reflux. The list of fix-its is a long one. My priorities are never me, but the house, groceries, pet health and utilities. I treat my health problems on my own until it gets beyond my control. I am single and support myself, so no husband to help with bills. I just keep visiting the health food store, brush my teeth regularly and take Tums. :)
