denied the Tea Party and now the taxpayers will pay the punitive damages.

As usual, the perps walk and the taxpayers get the harpoon.
However, count this decision as a moral victory worth its weight in gold.....then the affected Tea Partiers should use a slice of the judgement to institute personal legal action.
