President Obama did order the Churchill bust to be removed, no matter how many say he didn't. It was one of the first pieces to go out of the Oval Office. in 2009, the White House was firm when saying that return
of the bust to the UK was something that was a "matter of course" and wasn’t something the president or his administration chose to do. But during a press conference, Obama actually revealed that he was the one who decided to remove the bust.
If we can't celebrate Winston Churchill, who can we celebrate?
