Are you saying you believe a person should only forgive someone if they apologize?

I'm a Christian, and I know that Christ died for everyone one of us while we were all yet sinners. He did not wait for an apology from us. Indeed, while suffering a literally excruciatingly painful death, he spoke to God the Father on behalf of those who were executing Him. He said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do."

This Christian has her head very straight, with her eyes pointed directly at Jesus--the way, the truth, and the life.
