You are harking back to a time when the Soviet Union was huge and it was a superpower. It is no longer a superpower and there is no reason to kowtow to them AT ALL.

Again, we don't need Putin. Russia's economy is in no way connected to ours. There is absolutely NO reason to give them a mouthpiece, no reason to lift them up to where Trump is so concerned about our relationship. There is no reason to care about Russia at all, except to tell them to stop taking over the Ukraine and stop helping Assad in Syria.

What has Putin got on Trump? Must be the only remaining question.
