It's kind of like now where the pork farmers are going to be gutted by the tariffs. They sell pork in the United States, but they also make money by shipping it to other countries. When that is gone, pork farmers will go out of business. Venezuela most likely gets some of that crab from Maryland too.
It's hard to explain how a global economy works to people who want us shut off from the world.
