seminary, finally asked the Trump supporter he was debating on Facebook: “Which Scripture do we obey?”

Rom 13:1-2 Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment.

How about obeying the laws? It's not difficult to understand what scripture we should obey. If he was attending a seminary worth it's weight in salt, then he would have read the Westminster Confession and know this...
