I don't snack while working...SM - Old Anon

I only work 3-5 hours at a time and don't usually get hungry during that time. I do always have water to sip on though. I have never been much of a snacker. Lost that habit years ago, hence, I'm still at my ideal weight even though I'm close to 70.
