but exactly what laws is it that are not being followed? Shootings overall have gone down, but school shootings and employment shootings don't really seem to dropping, if anything, they seem to be rising. I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but what does "follow the laws already on the books" mean? Which ones aren't being followed?
