The President can declassify anything he wants. He's waiting for the best time to do the most damage to Dems for the midterms. He's also giving himself cover so the media can't call it a reckless act. But they will anyway.

Interesting funfact. Adam Schiff in the Dem's FISA memo states:

"In fact, the FBI interviewed Page in March 2016 about his contact with Russian intelligence, the very month candidate Donald Trump named him a foreign policy advisor."

I wonder who in the FBI conducted that interview. Was it Halper? It sounds like a setup to me. As soon as Trump names his foreign policy advisors the FBI starts talking to them?
