of the confrontation with Kelly/Maxine where he used "you people."

I'm not defending the racist card being pulled on everything because I don't like it either but I do see where she was offended by his statement.

I don't appreciate special consideration being taken in jobs by minorities over whites anymore than most white people. I also don't like that all cops are bad because there are a few bad ones who do go after just blacks. In this case, I'm not a fan of Maxine, just pointing out in this particular confrontation why she was offended.
