So he is fairly accurate to say this is the first REAL increase in over 10 years. Just applying the same standards that lefties use when they talk about President Reagan "cutting" education when he was simply cutting the RATE amount of the proposed increase. In this case, Trump laid the bait, the left has taken it, and the facts will out.

Military is getting paid more in real terms.
