Cal, and Socal. Cal would be Los Angeles and Orange County, I think they said. It looks like a small area on the map they showed, but maybe a very large population. The other two, NorCal and SoCal, are large areas.

I'm wondering how this would affect the vote. The electoral votes would be divided. It seems then that part of Calif may be red!!

I'm not from Calif and don't know if this is possible. It would be nice for the Republicans to have a chance there.
