reading comprehension. How can people understand his playbook when he doesn't understand his playbook? The TPP was actually started when Bush was in office so longer than four or five years ago. It took a long time to negotiate because every country did want to make sure their interests were protected. The whole thing was to go after China's dominance in trade. Maybe some of Trump's people are getting through to him what it actually is and maybe that is why he is considering changing his mind. To be the only country that is not involved in this is truly sad for our country.
