and people would have bought insurance. Republicans have always used scare tactics and the cost of healthcare and the nobody's gonna tell me what to do attitude is what hurt the ACA. I believe the republicans that rejected the expansion did their constituents a big disservice by not taking it in order to make the ACA fail and blame the democrats for it.
