What happened to a lot of things like the improved healthcare he talked about? He was also going to put more money into infrastructure like nobody else has ever done. He did manage to get tax welfare for the wealthy through, so I guess we can give him that. He's gutting the EPA. Just wait for the social security being privatized or cut and all the other goodies he has in store for us. He's also struck some nice deals in China for his branding, allowed the boys to have their fun slaughtering big game and bringing back tusks. He's done at least a dozen turns on gun control measures. With all that he is doing, how do you expect him to have time to worry about roads. I think I heard he is passing most of that onto the states though. He's busy getting swatches for walls and planning a military parade to worry about the little things like infrastructure.
