I personally wouldn't read a whole lot into the talks. The nut in NK has shown time and time again that he can't be trusted. What are his stipulations? Maybe we get rid of ours? I don't think that would happen. With all the praise Trump is giving himself, I choose to wait and see what happens. I think the media is saying it is a good thing but they also have skepticism.
