We all need to study the Bible so when statements are made that contradict it, we will recognize them as false statements and we won't be deceived.
You said in an earlier post that you made the mistake of listening to others, and their interpretations made no sense to you so you abandoned the Bible.
If you want to know the TRUTH, seek it in humility from God.
"But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." 1 Corinthians 2:14
"However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth..." John 16:13.
