physical and propaganda bullets. After the collapse of Soviet Union it was called asymmetric warfare -- against a superpower by what had become a pissant little nation with an economy the size of Italy's or California's.

Now in the cyber age the favored term seems to be "ambiguous warfare," as in when are we at war?

We need some new definitions in law for war so that we can respond legally and appropriately.

For one thing, traitors right here in the U.S. are being allowed to actively engage in treasonous activities with Russia.
