as long as HCTZ is a diuretic, I will be drinking white tea and water all day to rinse out the sodium.
More research for me. I dont want meds if I can help it.
Also found out that hibiscus tea is recommended for reducing BP, but it also can cause a cough the same as lisinopril.
No thanks. Lisinopril made me cough and that exertion made me leak urine.
