El Salvador IS a s---hole.
Most Muslim countries ARE s---holes.

I could go on...

And not a one of his critics would care to live in any one of them, nor is it the fondest wish of ANY of them to hear their son or daughter say "Guess what, Pop? We're moving to (you-name-it) with the grandkids. Come and visit us sometime!"

Yeah, all this self-righteous public outrage over the s---hole remark, but guess what? Many "quietly" agree. In other words, there's a lot of cowards and phonies out there, and a lot of them love to stick their mugs in front of cameras and microphones. Remember that the next time you watch the news!
