Looking at this - realistically,

the CEO of Red Robin earned over 2 million in 2016 - not counting any bonus or whatever - a busboy making minimum wage at $10+ per hour and working 30 hours per week makes $14,400 per year. Does it make sense that they just cut those jobs and decrease customer service and/or make the wait staff work that much harder? Does a CEO really deserve that much salary? Boycott Red Robin!
