The main thing that keeps me from trying to find a better job (and I know this is sad) is that I know I do not have anyone to use as a reference, not 3 anyway. I keep using the same former boss I had 10 years ago. Thankfully she is too nice to say no. As for the other ones, I'm afraid to admit that I have made them up. It's pretty obvious that most companies (at least MTSOs) don't bother calling them because I get the job. ???
