Yes I am mean, rotten and a bad person, stupid with no typing skills and reading comprehension issues and a witch because I called someone out on their use of the word "prolly." If you are using that in daily conversation, you are going to come across as an uneducated person, or worse a child, adults don't speak like that. I'm guessing that some of these people were the office power group or bullies back in the day. It is typical behavior when someone is challenged to engage their cronies to try and belittle someone else. The OP is obviously a far superior person but I'd never get that wrapped up in the health problems of someone's pet unless it were mine. Have a nice day.
