I bought a good lumbar support. Mine is from Relax the Back, but they are kinda pricey so you should shop around.
This thing can go with you even into the car. I use it on a cheap Home Depot chair, which is transformed into a comfy chair better or at least as good as the ones costing several hundred dollars.
