They may have gotten bigger bonuses or wages if I profited more but there was always something to show appreciation. Corporations today do not appreciate their employees. They can make millions and billions in profits but don't think of their employees, only filling their pockets and the pockets of the stockholders.
It would do some good to not claim you know what other people do and don't do..rules of logic.
