Presuming $11.50/hour is regular pay, her granddaughter makes more than I do, and I have been MTing for over 20 years. This year averaged just under $11, and that much only because I get a nighttime & weekend shift differential. The only problem I have with retail here is that they all offer part time work only, no benefits other than store discounts. Still going to apply in Jan, though.
