Word is that he has had the Trump transition team emails for months and has been using them to test the truthfullness of the people he has interrogated. The Trump team just put 2 and 2 together and realized this. Mueller is a mastermind and will root out the truth. I think he has enough evidence now but wants to cross reference and make sure the investigation passes legal muster with no escape hatches. The truth will prevail.
