concept of Net Neutrality out of thin air and implemented it artificially on the back of a decades old utilities statute there is little doubt Obama’s hand picked lawless stooge judges will support these baseless lawsuits attempting to grasp this mini coup. The swamp will not relinquish control of the Internet easily.

Exactly what federal law do they intend to use as a basis for the suit?
