passes...When the deficit balloons, republican answer to cut it back will be to reduce help to the most vulnerable citizens, Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP already defunded, Meals on Wheels, heating assistance, SNAP, affordable housing, etc. To Senator Corker's credit, he wants a provision that if the deficit goes up, tax cuts for corporations and the wealthy will be cancelled.
