If you read the post and link -- instead of just proffering your uninformed opinion -- you would know that the two settlements were (a) Indeed related; and (b) Both shared the commonality of having their people starve during that first year.

But hey, let's ignore FACTS and instead go with what makes us "feel good." You prefer to believe that unicorns and rainbows garbage.

Yes, we have much to be thankful for! No argument there.

And a Happy Thanksgiving to you too.
